Douglas Chapman

Douglas Chapman was born in Edinburgh and was educated at Napier University. His career includes working at TSB Scotland for 18 years. He was elected as a Fife Councilor in 2007 and was Chair of the Education Committee. He contested for the Scottish Parliament elections of 1999 and 2011, and in general elections 2010 before being elected to Westminster in 2015, 2017 and 2019 for Dunfermline and West Fife. Douglas is married and has two grown up children.
