Dr Cynthia Larbey

Dr Cynthia Larbey is an archaeo-botanist, researching the origins of the human carbohydrate diet, and its impact on human evolution at the University of Glasgow. BA, MPhil and PhD from the University of Cambridge. She lives in Scotland with her husband. Cynthia has seven step-grandchildren and a Labrador. Her Dad taught her about birds, and she monitors these, as well as bats and bumblebees. She is also passionate about wildflowers and is helping with meadow restoration in the Glen.
