Graeme McCormick is a retired solicitor who specialised in conveyancing from Shetland to Gretna for forty years. He lives with his wife and several pets by Loch Lomond and has been actively promoting Scottish Independence for fifty years. Since 2014 he has researched and developed a model of Annual Ground Rent which replaces all other taxes. His presentations around the country have drawn much political interest. He is currently refining his model with a second edition of his book, Annual Ground Floor and Roof Rent.
