Javier is an experienced entrepreneur and marine engineer who has built and run companies in the engineering/energy sector. Javier has worked on ES-Wave with key contacts in the academic, technical, commercial and industry fields. Javier was qualified as a Marine Engineer in 1993 and brings over 20years of technical and entrepreneurial expertise and a passion for energy. He's also an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Naval Architects and Marine Engineer and was awarded the Euro-Engineer distinction.
